This app brings new experience into performance management and business intelligence for Perhutani. A mobile version of a system accessible by its users, it is a tool that can show real-time data through dashboards and key performance metrics. The app allows user interaction through performance-based features and communication.
The performance features include goal-setting, updating actuals, review, and calibration. In the beginning of performance year, the app allows employees to submit their own KPI based on discussion with superior to be updated throughout the year and calibrated by the end of the year. This will result in their overall performance score. These are supported by other features that does not only allow peers interaction, but also superior-subordinate interaction through coach-in and tasks.
The business intelligence feature summarizes the employee’s achievements. All data served is real-time and updated routinely. Any unusual scenarios are notified through push insights so the employees are aware and able to act fast upon them. “Things to know” and “things to do” are highlighted in the main menu. The use of these dynamic functionalities encourages to drive performance culture.
